I was telling Rick I needed to find an apartment but he mentioned to me, why not a condo or townhome.  We took off the following week looking at a few places, he walked me through the whole process, and I ended up finding a condo that I really like.  I can even use it as a rental property once I have out grown it.  Thanks Rick!
